Emma’s childhood dream of becoming a nurse, paired with her passion for public relations and social media, led her to a career in health communications at Hager Sharp.

As a member of the health and digital teams, Emma provides digital and social media support across Hager Sharp’s client portfolio. She is actively engaged in digital strategy development and execution, paid media activities, social media content and development, and monitoring and reporting.

Emma holds a BA in public relations and strategic communication with a minor in public health from American University. At Hager Sharp, she draws upon experience working with federal agencies, private-sector companies, and nonprofit organizations. Her work has spanned topics ranging from tobacco cessation and cardiovascular disease, to mixed martial arts and the latest “foodie” trends.

At Hager Sharp, Emma continues to merge her passion for communications with her desire to help others.

Outside of work, you can find Emma spending time with friends and family or binge-watching the latest reality television show.
