Craig Coughlin

In his current role as an Associate Creative Director, Craig brings over two decades of creative and strategic leadership experience to Hager Sharp.

Originally from Vermont, Craig’s journey from Miami to Virginia has been marked by successful award-winning integrated public health and safety marketing campaigns, including contributions to the federal COVID-19 vaccination initiative for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the United Nations Foundation, and the Legacy Foundation’s truth anti-smoking campaign for youth.

Craig’s work crafting campaigns for clients, including Volkswagen, Amtrak, The Islands of the Bahamas, Care-First Blue Cross Blue Shield, Children’s National Hospital, and the Washington Post, has been recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts, and Cannes.

Craig has also helped to successfully launch a teenage son and is the current caretaker of a vintage British motorcycle he hopes to ride across the country one day if he can only get it out of the driveway.

Like Picasso said, I believe inspiration exists, but it has to find you working. Or for me, on an old motorcycle with the wind in your face.
