Today, Hager Sharp announced the appointment of Aaron Murphy as vice president and digital design director to expand its creative offerings. With expertise in user-centric web and mobile app design, multimedia content creation and storytelling, web development, social media marketing and strategy, and digital advertising, Murphy brings over 15 years of digital acumen to Hager Sharp.

Prior to Hager Sharp, Murphy was a founding member of the award-winning Social@Ogilvy offering and a six-year veteran of the agency, where he was vice president and associate creative director in the social media practice. His work has won numerous industry awards, including a 2013 PRSA Thoth Award for Best Website for the National Crop Insurance Services, a 2012 Gold Sabre for the Mexico Tourism Board, and 2012 PRWEEK Public Sector Campaign of the Year for the IRS Free File campaign.
He has supported clients in the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors, including Enroll America, the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Novartis, and Time Warner. His extensive portfolio contains responsive websites, web applications, interactive advertising, animated and live-action video, infographics, mobile apps, and social media campaigns.
