The Digital Strategist supports specific client social media and digital deliverables and activities as assigned by the digital or account lead. They ensure that internal and external client needs are met with support and oversight from team leaders. They possess and demonstrate at minimum, a solid range of digital communications and marketing skills (e.g., writing and editing social media and digital content, developing social media and digital strategic plans, managing social media platforms, creating digital reports, digital research, and digital and social media monitoring).

The Account Coordinator will work across account teams providing communications and outreach support to a variety of clients in the nonprofit, foundation, and government sectors, with a focus on health,education, and community. The Account Coordinator will provide support across tasks, ranging from creating written materials and graphics, partnership development, content development, message development, materials development, social media, reporting and analytics, and administrative tasks.
