Tira Hanrahan, MPH

Account Supervisor

Tira has spent her career building a unique skillset, including previous experiences in nonprofit organizations, state health departments, municipalities, and health insurance companies. It is no surprise her background working with strategic planning, messaging, partnerships, program development, and management culminates to create impactful public health campaigns. Tira’s passion for health communications started when she managed a statewide program for the Virginia Department of Health. She saw the need for and helped to create culturally competent, relevant, and inclusive materials to educate audiences and to create behavior change. The opportunities she has working with diverse audiences encourages her open-minded and accessible approach to engage and reach a variety of different groups. She maintains the ability to see the big picture while keeping an eye on the details. 

Tira earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas.

Tira’s knack for challenge extends out of the office…climbing mountains.
