As an account coordinator at Hager Sharp, David supports the health team across several client accounts, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. With a passion for social media, David is well versed in the digital arena, and has held several digital marketing roles spanning the fields of fashion, policy, government, media, and health care.
David received his BS in business administration with specializations in marketing, digital platform management, and analytics from American University. At American, he was a member of several student-run organizations, having served as director of diversity and inclusion with the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). Additionally, he was a member of American’s Track and Cross Country teams during his freshman and sophomore years.
When he’s not in the office, David enjoys testing new recipes and frequenting DC’s restaurants. Having studied abroad in Madrid, he is particularly interested in Spanish cuisine and is always in the mood for a siesta.
Hailing from the tri-state area, David is accustomed to a fast-paced way of life and feels right at home in DC. When he’s not planning his next culinary venture, he’s wandering around the city’s shops and museums.
