Cailin brings a diverse background to her role at Hager Sharp, including previous experiences in public relations, online content editing, advocacy outreach, government contracting, customer service, and radio broadcasting and promotions. From running her own college radio show to researching communications theory to assisting with outreach campaigns, Cailin has a love for all things communications. This love drove her to Washington, DC to obtain her M.A. in Public Communications from American University and continues to drive her to find the most effective ways to achieve client success.
At Hager Sharp, Cailin is a member of the education team. She provides outreach support for the National Assessment of Educational Progress, a federal education program within the National Center for Education Statistics. In this role, she is able to use her eye for detail and skills as a communicator and strategist to support her federal clients.
When she’s not working, you can find Cailin watching The West Wing, playing trivia with her friends, trying out local microbrews, listening to podcasts, and reading fiction.
Despite her inability to whistle, knack for sarcasm, and tendency to over-quote movie lines, Cailin has a get-it-done attitude and is dedicated to meeting her clients’ needs.
