Annie Beach, MPH
Annie has a love for words. This love, combined with her commitment to affecting positive social and behavioral change, has led her to a career in public health communications. She is passionate about using diverse research methods to develop and implement creative communication strategies for public health campaigns and digital health resources. Annie is an account supervisor in the health group and provides research, strategic communications, and project management support to several clients including, CDC’s Division of Reproductive Health and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Annie was previously a City Year AmeriCorps member and served in a middle school in Boston, which is her hometown. She might be living in DC now, but Annie remains a loyal Boston sports fan. Go Sox! When Annie takes her comms hat off, she is out for a run, in the yoga studio, or painting with watercolors.
Annie earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts of Amherst and her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Communications and Marketing from the George Washington University.
