Good luck trying to catch Aaron without a mobile device on or near his person. As Hager Sharp’s digital quarterback, Aaron is often found sifting through lines of code or mapping out the ideal user experience for our clients’ digital properties—none of which is new territory for someone who built his first computer at age 12 and his first website in high school.

In his role as creative director, Aaron applies 16 years of creative digital experience to developing interactive projects and campaigns and overseeing design, user experience, and digital strategy. His skills include user-centric web and mobile design, multimedia content creation and storytelling, web development, social media marketing and strategy, and digital advertising. His extensive portfolio contains responsive websites, web applications, interactive advertising, animated and live-action video, infographics, mobile apps, and social media campaigns.

He has supported clients in the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors, including Enroll America, the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, the Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Novartis, Time Warner, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Samsung.

Aaron’s work has received numerous industry awards, including a 2013 PRSA Thoth award for Best Website, a 2012 Gold Sabre, a 2012 Silver Sabre, and a 2012 PRWEEK Public Sector Campaign of the Year award.

He hasn’t scaled a Peruvian mountain, lived among grizzly bears, or starred as a movie extra, but as a documentary film buff, Aaron can tell you a little about each of them.
